• Orders placed by 4:00 PM will be processed and shipped the same day.
• Local pickups are available until 6:00 PM.
• For orders within Angamaly 683572 (within a 5 km radius), we offer hyper-local delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM.
• We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed on Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday, and orders placed during holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Our logistics partners guarantee delivery within 1-10 days across India. However, please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or transit hub logistics. As such, we recommend allowing sufficient time for your package to reach you.

Warranty & Damage in Transit

We provide a minimum 7-day warranty for all items (unless otherwise specified on the product page) to cover any manufacturing defects. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will either repair or replace the product free of charge, with shipping costs covered by Daystar Solutions.
